My services are individual psychotherapy with adults from ages 18+. I provide video, and phone sessions.

Issues we can work on

I have experience in working with various issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues (marital, premarital, peer, sibling), grief, life transitions, trauma, stress, self-esteem issues, racial identity and coping skills.

Fees

I accept check, cash, or credit card. Other than Lyra, I do not accept insurance plans but can provide you with a summary bill to present to your insurance carrier and you can get reimbursement based on your health plan. Please inquire about specific rates.
